Ingredients

    6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil (Carrington Farms virgin, cold-pressed)
    .25 tsp Dill weed, dried
    0.50 cup Trader Joe's Parmesan Cheese Shredded

Tips

Add a side of fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, or busicut if desired.


Directions

Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and place coconut oil in pan. Add in onions and cook until translucent. Add in whole eggs without scrambling and gently pierce open the yolks with a fork. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and begin to stir all together in the pan to make a rough scramble until cooked all the way through. Plate the eggs and sprinkle with dill.
