    4 medium, ripe bananas (the riper the better), sliced
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 Tbsp margarine (I use "I Can't Believe it's not Butter" regular spread)


Melt the margarine in a medium sized fry pan. Add the brown sugar, stirring to dissolve. Stir in the sliced bananas. Cook until very soft.

Makes 1 cup (serves 5 - 2 Tbsp each)
