Ingredients

1 Pita half, split (just tear off the top half of a pocket)
    1/3 medium banana, mashed
    1/2 Tbsp peanut/almond butter
    2 Tbsp yogurt
    1 Tbsp favorite granola

Directions

Tear the top half off of the pita (this is optional, but I do because otherwise this is a very heavy meal).
Spread the peanut butter on the pita, then the mashed banana, then drizzle the yogurt over the banana and sprinkle on your favorite granola (I make mine homemade).

Enjoy your breakfast!

    Very Good
I like to make this without the granola. I just put the top of the pita on top of everything and cut it up like little pizza slices. Yummy! - 6/10/08
