Introduction
I Always use Organic Ingredients, Whenever Possible , and I Use Filtered Water I Always use Organic Ingredients, Whenever Possible , and I Use Filtered WaterNumber of Servings: 16
Ingredients

.5 ounce Yeast, bakers
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
4.5 cup Flour, whole grain
.25 cup Honey
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 tsp (by FREEME1980)
Directions
Mix Yeast with Warm water .let it sit a Few minutes til it Dissolves
In the Meantime, Measure half the Flour into a Kitchen Aid Mixer Bowl with Dough hook , add salt mix a min
Add water mixture , and Combine
Slowly adding Honey and Oil
Add the Rest of the Flour , and Keep mixing til the Dough starts to pull from the sides of the bowl
You may need to add a little more flour
Run on Low for approx 5 mins.. Remove bowl from mixer
Spray bowl,or Spread a little oil in bowl
Cover the bowl, and let rise until double
about 1- 1/2 hrs
Turn dough out on a Board
Pat it Down and Roll , into a Long roll ,tuck ends under
Put it on a pan, with parchment paper, add egg wash if desired , cut a few diagonal shallow cuts on top
Let Rise again until double
while
Heating to Oven to 425* ( approx 1/2 hr- 40 min.
Bake 25 Min.
Cool on wire rack
ENJOY !!
