Ingredients

    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 clove Garlic
    .5 tsp Salt
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Saute garlic in oil over medium high. Add flour, stirring for about 2 minutes, until smooth. Wisk in liquids. Reduce heat to low. Add salt and cheese, simmering until thickened.
