Ingredients

    half of a leftover grilled chicken breast
    2 cups of baby salad greens - your choice
    1 cup of shredded cabbage - package style
    1/4 cup mandarin oranges
    1/4 cup diced pinapple
    1/4 cup diced mango
    6 Cherry tomatoes halved
    2 tbs dry roasted peanuts

Directions

Place baby greens on a plate. Add shredded cabbage. Place diced fruit on top of salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to salad. Sprinkle on the peanuts. Top with leftover grilled chicken breast if desired. Add 2 TBS of your favorite low calorie Asian salad dressing.
