Ingredients

    Corn tortillas
    Vegetarian refried beans
    Any lowfat cheese
    Salsa
    Lemon Pepper seasoning

Directions

Spray pam on a griddle or frying pan
Put the tortillas down to cook
Add an ounce of cheese and when it starts to look like it's melting, add a couple teaspoons of the refried beans right out of the can.
Next add a tablespoon of fresh salsa.
When the tortilla starts to look flexible, fold the taco in half and let brown on each side until its hot and crispy.
