    2 Tbls Flax Seed
    2 Cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 stalk Celery, raw, diced
    1 Carrots, raw, shredded
    1/2 Onion, raw, diced
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black


1. Combine flax seed meal with 3 Tblsp water, let stand for one minute until it forms a paste.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until almost smooth.
3. Form in to six patties. Coat both sides with cooking spray.
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes or until internal temp of 160.
