    12 oz Vermount Sugar Free Syrup
    1 cup Splenda
    6 Large Egg whites
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Fiber One Cereal
    1 cup Chopped Pecans
    2 tbls fat free butter or I Can't believe its not butter fat free margarine


Take 1 cup Fiber One cereal and grind up in food proccesor and mix in with 2 tbls melted butter, press this into a glass pie plate. Stick in freezer to firm up.
Rough chop the remaining cup of pecans and mix in with the remaining ingredients, mix and blend well, pour into the pie crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes of until the pie gets firm.

3 WW points per serving -per slice at 8 slices for the pie:
10 grams of carbs, 5g dietary fiber, 0.7 g sugar - healthiest pecan pie recipe I have found, at least as far as low cal, low fat, higher fiber and low sugar. And if you cut the pie into 10 slices, each is worth 2 WW points!
