    2 cup Garbanzo Beans slightly mashed, 365 Organic
    1 cup, chopped Tomatoes
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Parsley, Flat Leaf
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp ground Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black - ground
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    Juice of 1/2 Medium Size Lemon

Directions

Mix all ingreadients ina mixing bowl. Let it sit overnite to obtain maximum flavor.
