Ingredients

    32 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    1 large Onions, raw
    795 Crushed Tomatoes
    1.50 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    3 tbsp Italian Seasoning (SPICE)
    1 cup Sargento Classic 4 Cheese Mexican Fancy Shredded Natural Monterey jack, Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla &
    16 oz Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen
    8 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles

Directions

Brown meat. Add onion, and tomatoes. Add spices and crushed tomatoes. Cook 10 more minutes. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat, cottage cheese, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat, shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. If possible, let cool 15 minutes before serving.
