    1 packet ready rise yeast
    1 cup warm water (110-120 degrees)
    1.33 cups flour, white
    2 cups flour, whole wheat
    1 1/3 tsp Salt
    4 tsp Sugar
    About 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    About 1/2 cup Hunt's tomato sauce

Empty packet into warm water. Let yeast soften. Add a cup of white flour, a cup of wheat flour, sugar and salt and mix by hand or in a mixer. After dough comes together, turn it out onto lightly floured surface and kneed. Kneed for 4 to 6 minutes, or until smooth. Add remaining flour as needed. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover and place in a warm, dark place to rise for 35-45 minutes.

After rising, turn dough out again onto lightly floured surface and beat down. Form into pizza shape on a greased pizza pan (or cookie sheet) and add Hunt's sauce, cheese and toppings as desired. Place in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crust is done. Enjoy!
