Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 1 tsp Salt 2.5 fl oz Water, tap .75 cup Crisco Butter Shortening (by KRISTINLINDSEY)

Directions

Mix flours and salt together. Cut butter flavor Crisco into flour mixture until it looks like peas. Add ice cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms a ball. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to pie plate size. Bake per pie filling instructions. I use this for my fruit pies, chocolate pie, and pot pies.
