Introduction

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef
2 14 oz cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
6 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp Lea & Perrins Worchestire Sauce
6 Green Bell Peppers
.5 cup shredded cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger meat and drain grease. Return to pan and add stewed tomatoes, mustard and worchestice sauce and cook over medium heat until water from tomatoes has cooled off. Add additional seasonings as desired to taste (onion powder, garlic, etc).
Prepare green peppers for boiling by cutting off top and removing the seeds. Boil 5-8 minutes until tender. Remove from hot water, drain, and then slice in half.
Arrange peppers in a baking pan, fill with meat mixture, then top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
