    1 cup oatmeal, ground into flour
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. Kellogg's All Bran with Extra Fiber
    1 1/8 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce


Stir together oatmeal, ground into a flour, Splenda, salt, and baking powder, set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine cereal and milk. Let stand five minutes or until cereal softens. Add Egg Whites and applesauce; mix well. Add Flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased muffin pan cupas. Bake at 400 degrees fro 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
