    1 Zucchini, diced
    1 Squash, diced
    1 Cup broccoli
    About 1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1/2 -2/3 cup green bell peppers, diced
    1/2-2/3 cup red bell peppers, diced
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    2-3 tsp garlic or to taste
    2 tbsp olive oil
    salt and black pepper to taste
    1/2 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium)
    1/4 cup sesame seeds


Dice up all vegetables and put in large skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Stir fry until vegetables are cooked. Put vegetables in a large mixing bowl and toss wit the soy sauce and seasame seeds.This is great served with grilled chicken breast seasoned with red pepper and a little jasmine rice on the side!
