This is my version of a local favorite from an organic food market. This is my version of a local favorite from an organic food market.
Number of Servings: 8


    3 cans of Tungol Tuna (drained)
    1/4 cup raisins, soaked and drained
    1/3 cup celery, chopped
    1/3 cup carrots, chopped
    1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp sweet organic pickle relish
    2 1/2 Tbsp Canola Mayonaise
    salt and pepper to taste


Drain tuna and mix in all ingredients. Chill overnight before serving.
