Ingredients

    1.5 serving Bars Smoked Sliced Bacon - 1 serving is 2 slices
    9 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    .5 tsp Garlic powder
    3 serving Beef Bullion (2 cubes) (by JTAUBEL)
    4 cup GREAT VALUE finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3 oz Cream Cheese
    .75 tbsp Xanthan Gum - Bob's Red Mill (by CEELEE53)
    .25 tsp Great Value Coarse Ground Mustard (by ZOESMOM829)
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    .25 cup Butter, salted
    12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Steam the broccoli, set aside half.
Combine half of the broccoli, water, beef bullion, cream cheese, xanthan gum, and spices and blend.
Pour into large soup pot and add remaining ingredients.
