Directions

SPRAY FRYING PAN WITH DESIRED PAMM TYPE PRODUCT, ADD CHICKEN TO PAN. FILL POT FOR MAKING PASTA WITH WATER AND 1 TSP SALT. SEASON CHICKEN WITH ITALIAN SEASONING AND BLACK PEPPER. START BROWNING AND BREAKING UP CHICKEN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. WHEN CHICKEN IS ALMOST COOKED THROUGH, ADD RAGU, LOWER HEAT TO SIMMER AND COVER. START PASTA WATER AND WHEN IT COMES TO BOIL COOK PASTA 2 OR 3 MINUTES LESS THAN PACKAGE RECOMMENDATION. DRAIN PASTA AND ADD TO CHICKEN-RAGU MIXTURE. LET SIMMER UNTIL PASTA IS AT YOUR DESIRED TEXTURE - I LIKE MINE WITH A CHEW BUT SOME PEOPLE PREFER SOFT. CAN BE TOPPED WITH CHEESE OF CHOICE.
