Ingredients

16 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
35 gram(s) Artichoke Hearts, Maria's Quarters in water
2 cup Spinach, fresh
1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
4 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
1 tbsp Butter, Land o Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil
1 oz of Parmesan Shredded Cheese
Tips
Be very sure to drain the artichokes very well
Directions
Drain Artichoke hearts, and chop into bite size pieces
Chop spinach in to bite size pieces
In a sauce pan, melt cheese, butter, sour cream, cottage cheese once melted add spinach, bacon bits, and artichoke hearts.
Pour into a 9 inch pie pan, smooth then sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
