A great veggie dip made with broccoli. A great veggie dip made with broccoli.
Number of Servings: 6


    2 cups chopped fresh broccoli, cooked and chilled
    1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    1-2 tablespoon minced onion
    1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
    1 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    1 garlic clove


In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Yield: 6 servings.
