Ingredients

    2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    1 serving Steel cut oats, 1 c. cooked
    .75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    37 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    16 serving Stevia in the Raw
    2 tbsp Butter (Challenge Spreadable Butter w/Canola Oil) (by SEVENHOLMES)

Tips

This is a great way to use the leftover oatmeal from breakfast.
Cook the steel cut oatmeal prior to making the crisp
You can add if you choose a dairy topping.


Directions

spray a glass pie pan, 9 inch
oven preheat to 350 degrees
spray small saucepan

Cut two medium apples into bite size pieces
place two cups of tap water, butter, cinnamon, apple pieces into the saucepan cook on medium heat until apples are soften

while apples cook, mix together the cooked steel cut oats, and bisquick, brown sugar, and stevia together

Pour apple mixture into pie pan, and then add batter mixture to top of the apple mixture, gentle mix the batter into apple mixture.

Place pie pan into the center of the oven.

Serving Size: 9 inch pie pan, makes 16 servings
