    3 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
8 oz Cream Cheese (1 pkg)
2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained & minced
4 oz Dried beef (Hormel brand), minced
    3 tsp minced garlic

For lower fat, use low-fat cream cheese

Soak the dried beef in warm water for one minute to reduce the salt. Drain. Mince the beef & mushrooms. Mix the cream cheese and garlic together, add more garlic to taste. Lay one package crescent rolls flat (in a rectangle) and spread with 1/3 cream cheese mixture, top with 1/3 of beef & mushrooms and roll into a log. Wrap with wax paper and chill for 1 hour. Repeat until you have three logs. After chilling slice into wheels and bake on a cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes at 350.
