Introduction
I whipped this together when I was planning on making burritos for dinner, but I ran out of tortillas. The family loved it! For a lighter version, cut the cheese in half and throw in some frozen corn or other veggie of choice. Ingredients

24 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 clove Garlic
2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Barilla Mini Penne
30 oz Stokes Green Chile
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta according to directions to al dente.
Brown ground beef with garlic and onions.
Mix pasta, ground beef and 3/4 of cheese in large bowl with remaining ingredients. Transfer to 13x9 baking dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until cheese as melted.
