Ingredients

    12 oz package (340 grams) of Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft
    5 TBS Lemon juice (about juice of one whole med lemon)
    3 TTBS Nutritional Yeast, powder (or 6 TBS flaked)
    1 tsp Salt
    1/3 tsp prepared Brown Mustard (or more to taste)
    1/4 tsp Spike Seasoning
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika, or Cayenne, or combo of the two (or more to taste)
    1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

I created this recipe from a combination of other recipes, and it tastes so light and fresh -- better than heavy, eggy, buttery hollandaise. Seriously!


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 Tablespoon (half an ounce)
