    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.33 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY)
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 serving equate whey protein powder (by CINDYS212)
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia


Melt butter in microwave 15 secs. Tilt the cup 360* and coat the inside of the mug.
Add puree, egg and vanilla - mix well
Slowly add protein powder mixing after each add
Add pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and stevia - mix well

Microwave 70 to 90 secs.
