Ingredients

1 Cup Raw Cashew pieces
3.5 cup filtered water (plus water for initial soaking of cashews)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 date (without any pit)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
Prep time does not include 2 hours (or more) of soaking the cashews.
Directions
Soak raw cashews 2 hours or more (overnight is fine) in filtered water.
Drain cashews, then add all ingredients (cashews, 3.5 cup water, salt, date and vanilla) to blender and process until smooth and no longer grainy.
NOTE: If you don't have a high speed blender like a Vitamix, you may need to strain, or let sit for an hour and let pulp settle, then pour off.
Serving Size: Makes about 4+ cups of milk (serving size is 1/2 Cup for nutrition tracker)
