Ingredients

    1.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .33 tbsp Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts (by CORLISSTRIEDIT)
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 dash Salt

Directions

Combine cheese and cream cheese in bowl and microwave 1 minute stir and microwave 30 seconds. Add almond flour, sXanthum gum, salt garlic powder and egg mix to combine well
Wet hands and Divide dough into 5 equal balls
Line baking sheet with parchment
Place each dough ball on sheet with enoug space to press each one into flat crust
Press dough out with wet hands and poke dough with fork All over
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Poke bubbles with fork bake 4 more minutes longer.
