Great way to use left over turkey from Holidays. Great way to use left over turkey from Holidays.
Number of Servings: 12


    16 oz Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Roast
    2 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    4 serving Amy's Kitchen Organic Light in Sodium Refried Black Beans, 1/2 cup
    6 tbsp enchilada seasoning mix (by JHORTON80)
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream


You can use either whole beans of your choice or refried. I like the refried makes a smoother chili.


Shred Turkey to make 16 oz or two cups
In a large skillet, sprayed with canola or olive oil, place the water and tomato sauce, refried beans, and enchilada seasoning.
Once blended add the turkey and sour cream to sauce, and mix well.
Then simmer on top of stove for about 30 minutes
