Ingredients
-
24 tbsp Flour All Purpose unbleached Robin Hood (by RCARLIN1)
4.5 cup Multigrain Flour (Robin Hood) 1 cup = 120g (by LOREENYK)
3 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Yeast, bakers
8 tbsp Sesame Seeds
9 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
4 cups warm water
Tips
Note the sitting time is not included in the prep/cooking time. This needs to sit overnight or min 6 hrs.
Directions
Mix flours, salt, yeast and seeds together in a large bowl. Pour over hot water. Mix with fork until just moistened. This is a wet dough, shaggy and loose.
Cover with plastic wrap, place in warm location. Let sit 6 to 16 hours (I usually aim for about 6-8, I find the yeast dies off longer than than in my climes.)
Scrape out onto floured surface, and cut in half. Shape lightly. Place in baking tins (loaf pans, whatever you've got).
Allow to rise about 2 hours more. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
Serving Size: Makes 30 slices (2 loaves)
Number of Servings: 30
