Ingredients

    1 large Onions, raw
    2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 cup Mushrooms, canned
    2.25 cup Aldi Happy Harvest Salsa Style Fire Roasted Tomatoes (by JMB44107)
    1 cup Chicken - Member's Mark Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water (by PURPLEPIECAT)
    14 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey polska Kielbasa
    .5 cup Sour Cream
    1 1tsp Olive Oil

Tips

Prep time and cooking time can overlap more than a little. It takes around 45 minutes to an hour altogether, depending on how quickly you chop your veggies.


Directions

Saute onions in olive oil. Add bell peppers. Drain mushrooms; add. Put in 2 cans of Aldi fire-roasted tomatoes with the juice. Let the juices cook down a little, then add chicken. When it's cooked down to the amount of sauce you like, slice kielbasa into coins, then slice those in halves and add to the skillet. When those are warmed through, then add about 1/2 cup of sour cream. Season with pepper, cajun seasoning, a bay leaf, or how you like it best.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 hearty servings.
