    2 cup hot Water, not boiling
    2 large Eggs [+ yolk for top]
    2 Tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    2.25 tsp Active Dry Yeast [1 pkg]
    8 cup bread or white flour


mix hot water, butter, salt and sugar in large bowl, when butter is dissolved, add yeast. let stand 5 minutes. mix in 5-6 cups of flour, 2 cups at a time, until dough is crumbly. dump onto floured surface and work in remaining flour kneading until dough is smooth and elastic.
