Ingredients

    13.5 oz Ground Pork
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp almond flour
    Dried Seasonings to taste:
    parsley, rosemary, thyme, roasted garlic, marjoram
    pink salt, black pepper -- both freshly ground

Tips

Easy & simple pork "meatloaf" to accompany the black-eyed peas and turnip greens on New Year's Day -- traditional fare in my part of Tennessee.


Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in bowl. Divide into six muffin cups, lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees until fully cooked and lightly browned; check after about 30 minutes.
