Ingredients

    8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
    1 stick Butter, salted -- melted
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    6 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    0.5 tsp Pure Almond Extract
    0.5 - 1.0 tsp. Stevia extract (e.g., Better Stevia)

Tips

Cook time is "chill time."


Directions

Line small pan - 8x6 or so -- with parchment paper
Melt butter, stick with cocoa, stevia, extracts until well blended. add softened cream cheese, and Use immersion blender or hand mixer to thoroughly combine.
Turn fudge out onto parchment lined pan. Chill in refrigerator or freezer until set. Cut into 24 pieces (6 x 4).
Do not eat ALL of this recipe at one time; the carbs will eventually add up!
Store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: 1 square. Really!
