Ingredients

4 oz. water packed tuna
1 1/2 cups bagged cole slaw mix OR (1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage and 1/4 cup shredded carrots)
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon light mayo
2 tablespoons low fat or no fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
dash celery seed
Directions
Mix tuna and veggies together. In another bowl, mix mayo, yogurt, vinegar, celery seed, til blended. Combine tuna and veggies with the mayo mixture mix well.
This provides a complete lunch or dinner for one.
