    1cup olive oil
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp dried dill
    approx 10 small potatoes


Boil potatoes and allow to cool. Whisk remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cube potatoes and toss with dressing. Serve chilled.
