Ingredients

    5 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
    4 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular
    3 tsp Honey Mustard
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Directions

Season pork chops to liking
Mix miracle whip and honey mustard together in a bowl
Coat both sides of chops with mixture
Dip each side in parmesan cheese until covered
Brown in pain. Transfer to crock pot
Mix chicken broth in with remaining miracle whip/honey mustard mix. Pour over chops
Cook on high for 2.5 hours
