Ingredients

    300.0 Grams Beans, red kidney
    0.4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    Season to taste

Directions

Rinse beans. Mash and add the rest of the ingredients thinly cut. Make burgers and let set in the freezer for 30min before pan frying.
