    1 medium zucchini, quartered and cut in 2" strips
    2 medium onions, halved and sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    .5 tsp Garam Marsala
    dash seasoned salt


Prepare zucchini, onions, and garlic.
Heat olive oil in medium pan.
Saute onions until starting to turn translucent.
Add garlic and zucchini.
Saute until zucchini and onions are done.
Add Garam Marsala and stir.
Add seasoned salt--just a dash.

(If you like spices, you can add anything else that looks and smells good to you.)

Serve warm.
