Ingredients

    1 ripe banana (mashed)
    2c water
    1/2c oats-uncooked
    1 1/2c spelt flour
    2t baking powder
    1t cinnamon
    1t nutmeg
    vanilla
    2T maple syrup (I used light)
    1/2c almonds (slivered)

Directions

*Soak the oats in the water overnight.
*Mix tog banana & oats.
*Add the remaining ingredients & mix, leaving lumps.
*Cook on waffle iron (or pancakes).
