Introduction

Ingredients

    0.75 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    2.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1.0 cup Snow Peas, fresh
    8.0 oz lighelife original organic tempeh
    4.0 tbsp trader joes soyaki sauce
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Cut tempeh into small cubes. Marinade in the soyaki sauce for at least an hour. Dice onion and sautee until translucent. Add the tempeh and sauce stir until caramelized on all sides. Add frozen vegetables and pea pods. Stir until all is heated through. Serving Size: Makes approx. 5 servings.
