    2 Tbs Margarine or Butter (Smart Balance Light)
    4 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    4 medium carrots, sliced (2 cups)\
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    1 small yellow squash or zucchini, sliced (1 cup)
    Nonstick Cooking Spray
    4 slices turkey bacon crumbled


In small saucepan melt butter. Romove from burner and stir in dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Lightly coat a large square piece of foil with cooking spray. Place vegetables in center and drizzle with butter mixture. Top with bacon. Fold up sides of foil to enclose veggies. Leave space for steam to build.

Grill for 30 minutes over medium heat.
