Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can pink smoked salmon
    1 can light tuna in water
    1 cup raw chopped onion
    1 cup raw chopped red bell pepper
    3 slices whole wheat bread, toasted dry and processed into crumbs (I use stale bread up)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup hickory barbecue sauce.
    Panko crumbs to roll patties in

Directions

Add all ingredients except panko to food processor. Process till smooth. Scoop out tablespoon sized balls, roll in panko and flatten on a cookie sheet. Bake till firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
