    12 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3/4 to 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
    3/4 to 1 cup Onions, chopped
    1 small can chopped Green Chilies
    1 pkg of your favorite Taco Seasoning
    1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    Refridgerated Ready to Bake Pie Crusts (15 oz pkg.)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground turkey with the peppers and onions. Add taco seasonings per package directions and simmer until liquid is drained. Stir in cream cheese until creamy.

On a clean, dry, lightly floured counter space unroll dough. Roll dough to 1/8 in thickness. Using a 3" cookie cutter, cut out rounds. Re-roll dough as needed. Depending on thickness of dough you will get about 24 rounds.

Lightly brush water on the edges of the crusts. Place a heaping teaspoon full of turkey filling in the center of the rounds. Fold dough over pressing edges with a fork to seal. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 min.

Makes approx. 12 servings (2 empanadas a serving)
