Ingredients

    1.8 - 2 #s Mushrooms, fresh, cut into large pieces
    1/4 Cup Vidallia Onion, chopped
    2 15.5 oz cans Beans, Kidney beans dark red, undrained
    1/4 Green Bell Pepper, Fresh
    1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    3 Tbsp Paprika

Tips

Flour/cornstarch can be added to thicken gravy. Serve over cauliflower rice. Add sour cream to gravy for a milder, more authentic taste.


Directions

Clean and dry button/white mushrooms. Cut into 1" pieces. Saute in oil and onion for 10-15 minutes, until all water is released. Add Beans, bell pepper and water to cover. Add paprika and ketchup. Simmer for 30 minutes until heated through.
