This pasta serves many and if you really want to save calories just omit the pine nuts and the grated parmesan. It is a very hearty dish that gets requested a lot! Ingredients

    1 lb medium shrimp, raw - peeled & deveined
    1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1 C Rising Moon Organic Pesto Sauce (or your homemade if you have it!)
    1 Box frozen peas
    2 sliced garlic cloves
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    1/4 C pine nuts (toasted if desired)
    1/4 C shredded parmesan




Directions

Get the noodles boiling. Meanwhile saute the shrimp with the ICBINB spray and garlic cloves until they are cooked through. The last minute of the cooking time for the noodles throw the frozen peas into the water. Cook one more minute, drain noodles and peas. In a pasta bowl mix together the noodles, peas, pesto sauce and shrimp. Top with some sprinkled parmesan and pine nuts.
