I make this up for my son and I in the morning. We love it. It’s a great jump start for him before school since he eats breakfast at school. And the rest is plenty for me as my morning breakfast. Ingredients

    2 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    1 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries)
    0.5 cup, sliced Banana, fresh
    0.5 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Add all ingredients and blend! Add protein powder for extra protein.

Serving Size: Large cup for mama and smaller cup for my son
