    1/2 medium head of green cabbage
    3/4 cup diced cilantro
    2 diced medium green peppers
    1/4 cup diced onion
    2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp sea salt


Diced all in food processor, add balsalmic vinegar and red wine vinegar and salt. Mix well and let sit in fridge over night for flavors to come out. Good as a slaw or as a chunky salsa.

1 serving = 1/2 cup
