    2.0 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    3.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Dump everything in slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, and any seasonings you desire. Cook until done
