    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Honey, 0.5 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 0.25 cup
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp


Preheat oven to 375 F. Unravel thighs to flatten and scrunch together in a square iven-safe baking dish or pan, uncovered. Mix honey, mustard & spices in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Get creative! Sprinkle with fresh herbs of your choice. Bake in hot oven. Set timer for 50 minutes. Baste occasionally if you can. Enjoy!
